SHIPPING & RETURNS
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at hello@hairbrands.co.uk and we’ll take you through the process.
We ship our orders via DPD.
In most cases, orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday will be delivered next-day. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
ORDER INFORMATION

You will get a confirmation by email containing the details of your order with an order number. You will also receive another email with the tracking number when your order has been shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking and shipping information.
Please contact us by email at hello@hairbrands.co.uk to confirm your order was placed.
Due to our fast fulfilment processing, unfortunately we may not be able to modify your information or cancel your order unless you contact us immediately after you've made the purchase during our office hours by email at hello@hairbrands.co.uk Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.

Unfortunately, we do not have any samples. However, we have travel sizes available for purchase for select products that could be used for sampling.
