This site and its associated product samples are strictly intended for use by licensed salon professionals. Any individual found not to be a professional stylist will have their access revoked, and any sample request will be cancelled.
 

UK Professionals Only: 

Many Oligo Professionnel products are classified as dangerous goods. They involve chemical processes that can cause serious reactions if used incorrectly. These products are intended for trained professionals only.

 

Oligo Professionnel is exclusively sold in the UK to verified professional hairdressers. By signing up on the UK site, you confirm you are working within the UK professional hair industry.

During the HairUncut collaboration, professional status checks are done after sign-up but before any trial packs are sent. If we contact you for verification, often due to limited or no online presence, we appreciate your cooperation in keeping these products in professional hands.

 

Sample Redemption:

• Each customer is permitted to redeem one (1) sample only.

• Only one sample may be redeemed per business address.

• Redemption codes are single-use and cannot be reused.
   

Campaign Participation:
This is a joint campaign distributed by HairUncut and Hair Brands Ltd (distributing Oligo in the UK). By submitting your information, you acknowledge and agree that your data will be shared between both participating companies for this campaign.

 

Sample Fulfilment:

• Due to a daily limit on the number of samples we can send, delivery may take up to 10 days, depending on demand. However, we expect most samples to arrive sooner.

• Samples are subject to availability. If samples are no longer available at the time of your request, you will be contacted, and your redemption will not be fulfilled.
   

Non-Transferability:
Samples are non-transferable and must not be sold, exchanged, or transferred to any other party.

 

HairUncut Promotion: 

The Oligo Blacklight campaign is a special promotion with HairUncut, open only to active, approved members of the HairUncut Facebook group. Orders from individuals not in the group or without a visible professional online presence will not be processed or shipped.

 

Fulfilment Rights:
All sample fulfilments are managed by Hair Brands Ltd. They reserve the right to cancel any redemption that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
